M Release Notes: June 4, 2026

This Maestro release introduces a Reggie Integration (Beta) for campaign-driven fan registration, new Marketing Link domains, updates for TikTok campaigns, and several improvements for Paid Media workflows across Display, YouTube, and TikTok campaigns.

What’s New for Marketers

  • Reggie Integration (Beta)

    • Marketers can create Reggie One‑Off Campaigns directly in Maestro to power fan registration landing pages, capture intent, and automate SMS/email notifications

    • Supports Presale, Tease, and Waitlist campaign flows

    • Enables end‑to‑end campaign setup and export workflows within M

Note: Reggie Beta access is currently limited, and will be enabled individually for each Business Unit. Stay tuned for onboarding details.

  • Marketing Link Enhancements (New Domains & Business Units)

    • Marketing Link campaigns now include a required Business Unit field - this field determines the short-link domain used for campaign URLs

    • Supported domains:

      • AEG Presents → aegp.fan

      • The Bowery Presents → bowery.fan

      • Goldenvoice → gv.fan

      • Messina Touring → messina.fan

      • CMN Events → cmn.fan

      • Zero Mile Presents → zm.fan

      • PromoWest Productions → pw.fan

    • Existing campaigns defaulted to AEG Presents to preserve existing links

    • Updating the Business Unit will automatically regenerate the short link with the correct domain

  • TikTok Campaign Updates

    • Ad Host field updated to align with new TikTok requirements

    • Legacy “Ad Host” field replaced with Ad Host Type:

      • TikTok Account

      • Ad Persona

    • New input behavior:

      • TikTok Account → Free-text handle

      • Ad Persona → Select account + enter handle and profile image

    • Includes in-product tooltip guidance to support correct selection

  • Campaign Creation & Usability Enhancements

    • Confirmation modal added when cancelling campaign edits

      • Prevents accidental loss of work during campaign setup

    • Day of week added to Event Date in campaign header

      • Improves visibility and scanability when reviewing campaigns

    • Ad Plan Name now visible in Associated Events (Master Campaigns)

      • Helps ensure accurate campaign selection and routing

What’s New for Paid Media

  • Display & YouTube Export Updates

    • Display (IO SDF):

      • Columns AA–CH now left blank per Google requirements

      • Frequency Exposures set to 3

      • If KPI Type = CPA → KPI Value defaults to 100

    • YouTube (Demand Gen):

      • Insertion Orders: Auto Budget Allocation = TRUE

      • Line Items:

        • CRM / IMA / KCT / WHT paused

        • RTG remains active with full campaign budget from M

      • Ad Groups:

        • IMA Line Item ID matches RTG Line Item ID

        • Optimized Targeting enabled for all rows

  • Display Beta Workflow Enhancement

    • New “Reset” button available for campaigns in Live status

    • Allows Paid Media to move campaigns back to Open and restart the workflow

  • Export Controls Update

    • Exclude From Export checkbox permissions updated and is now restricted to Paid Media as well as Admin and SuperAdmin to prevent accidental exclusion of campaigns from exports

  • TikTok Export Improvements

    • Bulksheet templates updated to align with:

      • New Ad Host structure

      • Latest TikTok bulk upload requirements
